General Manager (Full Time 6am-3pm Mon-Sat $22/hr)

Job Duties Description

  • Training and supervising employees to ensure that they are following all safety procedures.
  • Updating menus to reflect seasonal specials, new drinks, and food offerings.
  • Maintaining communication with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of coffee beans and other ingredients are on hand.
  • Determining new products and services based on customer demand and competition within the industry.
  • Assigning tasks to baristas based on their experience level and job requirements.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Ensuring that the shop is clean and well-lit to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Seeking new staff members based on experience levels and availability of positions.
  • Coordinating private events and catering services
